For Value Plan subscribers
Type Limit Value
This plan offers peace of mind through a limit function that prevents overuse by stopping outgoing communications when a preset limit is exceeded.
For Basic Plan subscribers
Type Limit
This is a plan that offers peace of mind with a preset limit function to prevent overuse.
1 When you are subscribed to Pake-hodai double, Pake-hodai, Pake-hodai full, or Biz-hodai, communications for which a flat-rate monthly charge applies can be used even after the limit is exceeded. HOMEU subscribers are eligible to use the dialing and data communications allowance after the preset limit is exceeded.
2 Even if the limit is exceeded, outgoing communications will not be suspended in the following cases: from the evening of the last day of the month until the morning of the following day (first day of the month); and during times of system maintenance or system failure.
3 If the limit is exceeded, the service enabling automatic voice call dialing to registered destinations through activation of the emergency alarm on Kids' PHONE etc. is not available. Calls to the following numbers are possible after the preset limit is exceeded.
- Police (110)
- Fire station (119)
- Coast guard (118)
- Telegram (115)
- Collect call (106)
- Disaster Message Board dial (171) (paid service)
- Free Dial
- Toll-free number
- Limit Service Center (*8187)
- Replaying Voice Mail messages (1416 and 1417) (paid service)
- Replaying Koe-no-Takuhaibin messages (paid service)
etc.
4 Note that calls or communications to phone numbers to which you can make calls even while outgoing calls are stopped will be charged as usual even while outgoing calls are stopped. This cannot be used with mova service. We recommend that you register contacts if using the service enabling automatic voice call dialing to registered recipients through activation of the emergency notification function (emergency alarm) on Kids' PHONE, etc.
5 Separate charges apply to receive collect calls.
6 The limit can be increased by up to ¥9,000 per request, in increments of ¥1,000. The limit cannot be lowered just for the current month. The limit can only be increased from a DOCOMO mobile phone (special phone number or i-mode). You can also implement settings to disable charge limit increases.
You will be billed for any dialing and data communications charges that are incurred after the limit is exceeded until service for outgoing communications is stopped. In some cases, charges will be incurred after service for outgoing communications is suspended. If the limit is exceeded during voice communications or other communications, you can continue communications until the end of that communications session, but you will be billed for the charges incurred during that time.
