Outgoing calls are stopped when a preset limit is exceeded |
- Once a preset limit is exceeded, outgoing calls will be stopped within about 3 hours after the call or communications end to prevent overuse.
12 - There's no need to worry as you can still dial emergency numbers such as 110 (toll free) whenever needed.
- You can set up to three phone numbers to which you can make calls even while outgoing calls are stopped.3
You can receive calls as usual even if outgoing calls are stopped. |
You can cancel the suspension of outgoing calls by increasing the limit in ¥1,000 increments even if outgoing calls are stopped. |
- 1 You will be billed for any dialing and communications charges that are incurred after the limit is exceeded until service for outgoing communications is stopped.
- 2 In the following cases, outgoing communications will not be stopped even after the limit has been exceeded: from the night of the last day of one month until the morning of the first day of the following month, during system maintenance, and during system failure.
- 3 Note that calls or communications to phone numbers to which you can make calls even while outgoing calls are stopped will be charged as usual even while outgoing calls are stopped.

Amounts listed include consumption tax. Please note that for the actual bill the amount of the tax is calculated from the total of individual items excluding tax so the billing amount may differ from the total of individual items including tax.
