Notes on use

  • Length of use is calculated with the month following a new subscription as the first month. However, if the subscription is made on the first day of the month, that month will be the first month.
  • Length of use is updated every month.
  • When the subscription is changed from mova to FOMA service or when the subscription is transferred or inherited, the length of use for Long-Term Subscriber Discount will be continued.
  • The period of suspension will not be counted in the length of use.
  • With billing plans that include communications allowances, the communications allowance will not change after the basic monthly charge is discounted.
  • Discount amounts are rounded to the nearest ¥10. If the following requests are made during the month, the discount amount will be calculated on a per diem basis rounded up to the nearest yen.
    • Cancelling or transferring the subscription for mobile phone service (when charges are settled at the time of the procedure)
    • Changing subscription from mova to FOMA
    • Changing subscription to FOMA Ubiquitous Plan
    • Changing billing plans
