• Fami-wari MAX50 is offered on the condition of two years of continuous subscription and will automatically renew unless cancelled by the subscriber.
• A cancellation charge of ¥9,975 will apply regardless of the length of use if you cancel the discount service or if you cancel the subscribed line in a period other the month following completion of the subscription period.
• Separate application is required for each line. Users of previous billing plans are required to change to a new billing plan (including Value Plans).

• New Billing Plan (including Value Plan) subscribers can apply.

• New Billing Plans here are Type SS, Type S, Type M, Type L, Type LL, Type Simple, Type Limit, Family Wide, Family Wide Limit, Type Business, Type SS Value, Type S Value, Type M Value, Type L Value, Type LL Value, Type Simple Value, Type Limit Value, Family Wide Value, Family Wide Limit Value, Type Business Value, Type SS 2in1, Type S 2in1, Type M 2in1, Type L 2in1, Type LL 2in1, Family Wide 2in1, and Type Business 2in1.

• Subscribers whose length of use exceeds 10 years and who are subscribed to Family Discount and New Ichinen Discount do not need to apply for Fami-wari MAX50, since the discount rate for basic monthly charges is already 50%.
• For FOMA lines subscribed to Family Wide (Family Wide Value or Family Wide 2in1) or Family Wide Limit (Family Wide Limit Value), application for Fami-wari MAX50 is necessary in order to be eligible for free calls to Family Discount group members. (Lines subscribed to mova service are not eligible for free calling within the Family Discount group. Application for Fami-wari MAX50 is not necessary for mova lines subscribed to Family Wide or Family Wide Limit.)

The Fami-wari MAX50 gives a discount on basic monthly charges on the condition that you promise to use the same line for two years.
If you subscribe to Fami-wari MAX50, only Fami-wari MAX50 is applied to basic monthly charges, and Family Discount is applied to other charges.

• The Fami-wari MAX50 subscription period is two years (24 months), starting the month after the month you apply (or starting the month of application if made the first of the month).
• Fami-wari MAX50 will be renewed automatically for another two years unless cancellation is requested.
• New Ichinen Discount cancellation charge or Ichinen Discount cancellation charge does not apply for subscribers of those discounts who apply for Fami-wari MAX50. However, the subscription periods for those discounts will not be carried over to Fami-wari MAX50.
• Fami-wari MAX50 will be cancelled if you cancel Family Discount during the subscription period for Fami-wari MAX50 and automatically renewed the following month as Hitoridemo Discount50 (Subscription period: 2 years, cancellation charge: ¥9,975). The subscription period for cancelled Fami-wari MAX50 will be carried over to Hitoridemo Discount50 after the change in that case.
• Lines that meet any of the following conditions at the end of the subscription will be automatically renewed with New Ichinen Discount (one-year subscription, ¥3,150 cancellation charge).
  • Lines with a length of use over ten years
  • mova service lines subscribed to Family Wide or Family Wide Limit
• A cancellation charge of ¥9,975 will apply regardless of the length of use if you cancel the discount or if you cancel the line outside the month following that in which the Fami-wari MAX50 subscription expires. (Cancellation charges will be charged even if you apply for New Ichinen Discount when you cancel Fami-wari MAX50. Cancellation charges will not be charged if you apply for Hearty Discount when you cancel Fami-wari MAX50.)
• When the subscription is changed from mova to FOMA service, when the subscription is transferred or inherited, the subscription period for Fami-wari MAX50 will be continued (a cancellation charge will not apply).

Discounts begin the day you apply for Fami-wari MAX50. If the discount is cancelled, the discount applies to the month of discontinuation (billed following month).

• Communications allowances included in the basic monthly charges of your billing plan do not change after the discount is applied.
• When the discount is applied to a billing plan's monthly charges, discount amounts will be rounded to the nearest ¥10.
• The discount will be calculated on a per diem basis and amounts ending in a figure less than ¥1 will be rounded off if you do any of the following during the month.
  • Cancel, restore, or transfer the line (when account is settled immediately)
  • Change between FOMA and mova services
  • Change the billing plan
• Length of use starts the month after the month a new subscription starts (or starting the same month if application is made the first of the month).
• This discount will be indicated on your bill each month as (Fami-wari MAX50/Hitoridemo Discount50).
