Choose from the following two ways to display the numbers for outgoing calls and communications.

• The entire name of sites for which i-mode information charges are incurred will be displayed with both display choices.
• You can apply to change the display format even if you do not wish to use Web Itemized Billing Service or Postal Itemized Billing Service.

• The data communications volume is tabulated and displayed in one-day units for usage period.
• The packet communications volume is tabulated and displayed in one-hour units by session. (A session is one continuous connection, counted from start to end of connection.)
• The packet communications volume is tabulated and displayed in one-hour units for usage time.
• With i-mode use, the site connected to is displayed as "i-mode".
• Communications data volume with i-mode is displayed as being for "MAIL" or "SITE" depending on its use. Communications data volume other than with i-mode is displayed as "OTHER". In cases such as if you sever the connection before connection processing is complete for i-mode communications, communications data volume will be displayed as "OTHER".
• If you use free i-mode mail between family group members with a Family Discount subscription, the packet communications volume for that will not be displayed in the itemized packet usage.
• The packet communications volume that the flat rate applies to with a subscription for packet flat-rate plans such as Pake-hodai FLAT and Pake-hodai double is tabulated and displayed in one-day units.

• If (WORLD WING packet communications), (Packet communications using a specified operator), or (Global Pake-hodai compatible communications) are performed, these will each be displayed on a new page.
• If (Packet communications using a specified operator) or (Global Pake-hodai compatible communications) are performed, these will be displayed respectively under the categories (Specified operator) and (Global Pake-hodai).
• (Global Pake-hodai compatible communications) are performed, the amount will be displayed after Global Pake-hodai has been applied.

• Pre-Call users cannot apply for Itemized Billing Service.
• Subscribers who have applied for Call Unit Display Service cannot use Itemized Billing Service.

• New applications for Pre-Call are no longer accepted as of March 31, 2005.
• New applications for Call Unit Display Service are no longer accepted as of October 31, 2005.

• Only the actual subscriber can apply. Applications by a representative will not be accepted (except by a legal representative).
• Please ready documents verifying your identity as the subscriber when making applications (including changing address statements are sent to).

• 1 Must be valid and show the applicant's current address.
• 2 Must be valid and show the applicant's date of birth and current address.
• 3 Must be valid, have the applicant's photo, and show the applicant's date of birth and current address.
• 4 Must show the applicant's current address.
• 5 The following documents issued within the last three months
  e.g. If the subscriber is a minor (under 20 years old): Official copy of the Family Register (Kosekitohon) that proves parent-child relationship.
  e.g. If the subscriber is an adult (20 years old or over) and has a legal guardian: Certificate of Registered Matters (Tokijikoshomeisho) that notes the legal guardian's name.
  e.g. If the subscriber is a minor (under 20 years old) and has a legal guardian: Official copy of the Family Register (Kosekitohon) that notes the legal guardian's name.
• 6 Must be issued within the last three months and show the applicant's current address.
