Application Procedure

Applications can be made by PC, i-mode, or phone, or at docomo Shops.

You can apply by PC via My docomo (in Japanese only) from(Various applications/procedures). The required docomo ID and password can be easily issued, so even beginners can start using right away.

• To apply from a DOCOMO mobile phone, call 151 (toll free, in Japanese only) without an area code.

The e-billing site can be viewed from about the 10th of the month following application.

• You can register to receive Billing Amounts Notification Mail from the day you apply for e-billing.
• If you conduct procedures for applying to pay charges by automatic payment or credit card at the same time as you apply for this service, this service will be available after completion of settings for those payment methods.
• ¥105 will be discounted off your bill starting with the amount billed for the following month when automatic payment is completed or your credit card company approves payment of charges by credit card, regardless of whether or not you access the Billing Details Confirmation website.

• When application is made at docomo Shops, documents are required to verify that the applicant is the subscriber.
