• Notifications such as amount billed will be made when information is noted on the Billing Details Confirmation website (about the 10th of every month).
  • If you conduct procedures for applying to pay charges by automatic payment or credit card at the same time as you apply for this service, this service will be available after completion of settings for those payment methods.
  • When automatic payment is completed or your credit card company approves payment of charges by credit card, you will get a discount of ¥105 off your bill the following month. The discount applies regardless of whether or not you access the Billing Details Confirmation website.
  • With single billing, only the representative line will receive the discount of ¥105 off your bill.
  • With a subscription for Family Discount, the ¥105 discount off your bill will apply to the Family Discount main line only if that line is used for e-billing.
  • No application fees or monthly charges apply for e-billing. However, you will be required to pay communications charges to access Billing Details Confirmation website and receive mail according to your communications method.
  • You can continue to use this service even if your subscription has changed (e.g. from mova to FOMA service).
  • You must pay charges by automatic payment or credit card to use this service. You will not be able to use this service if you have not yet registered to pay charges by automatic payment or credit card, or if you have cancelled automatic payment or credit card payment. The discount with this service will not apply if transfer of funds cannot be made from your account or your credit card company informs DOCOMO that transactions cannot be made.
  • If automatic payment cannot be made or the credit card company does not approve payment of charges by credit card, a bill will be sent by post and the discount will not apply for the following month.
  • The Billing Details Confirmation website can be viewed from about the 10th of the month following application.
  • Billing details for up to three months including the current month can be viewed from the Billing Details Confirmation website. Information will be deleted after the listing period (up to three months) is over, starting with that of the month furthest in the past. Please use the data download function for the PC version (My docomo) if you wish to save billing details.
  • Receipt information can only be checked by e-billing subscribers who pay the monthly billed amount by automatic payment.
  • With single billing, you can check the total billing amount and the billing details for each line from the representative line. You can only check the billing details for the sub line used when checking from that sub line.
  • Compatible with FOMAThe site can only be viewed by PC if you have a 2in1 B number subscription.
  • Screens after login, the login screen cannot be viewed by accessing registered bookmarks.

If you have applied to have an itemized statement of charges sent with your bill and other documents (notification of automatic payment or notification of charges)

After applying for e-billing, you will be notified of itemized charges on the Itemized Billing Confirmation website (PC version [My docomo]), and an itemized statement of charges will not be sent. (No preparation or postal charges apply.)

If you have applied to have an itemized statement of charges sent to your address separate from your bill and other documents (separate from notification of automatic payment or notification of charges)

After applying for e-billing, you will not be notified of itemized charges on the Itemized Billing Confirmation website (PC version [My docomo]), and instead an itemized statement of charges will be sent to your address. (Preparation or postal charges apply.)

If you use Separate Use Itemization Service (option)

Itemized charges with e-billing are also tabulated by use. A separate ¥105 Tabulation By Use handling charge applies.

  • You cannot view itemized charges in the following cases.
    • 1You have not made calls or used communications.
    • 2The subscription has been transferred or inherited.
  • Itemized charges cannot be viewed by i-mode and sp-mode. Please view with a PC (My docomo).
  • Settings to register for, change, or cancel Billing Amounts Notification Mail for single billing can only be made from the representative line.
  • If DOCOMO judges that Billing Amounts Notification Mail was not deliverable even once, we may suspend notification of billing amounts and other information by e-mail without notice.
  • Please direct inquiries to the docomo Information Center, as you cannot reply to the address from which Billing Amounts Notification Mail is sent.
  • If tentative registration mail does not arrive from DOCOMO when registering, the mail address you registered may have been wrong. Please confirm the mail address you registered. Mail delivery may be delayed or it may not arrive due to issues such as system maintenance or failure.
  • If you use Billing Amounts Notification Mail and change your mail address, you must also change the mail address notices are set to. Note that mail will no longer arrive if you do not change the mail address notices are set to.
  • If using Internet e-mail, you may not be able to receive Billing Amounts Notification Mail due to factors such as spam countermeasures by your Internet service provider. Please inquire with your provider regarding spam countermeasures. The mail address from which Billing Amounts Notification Mail is sent is "e-billing@docomo-bill.ne.jp", and the mail title is "docomo e-billing service". Please set that mail address and title in functions used such as those to receive only mail from specified addresses (PC) or sorting of received mail to folders (PC, i-mode).
  • If you cannot receive Billing Amounts Notification Mail, confirm the mail address you registered, and re-register (change) the mail address for Billing Amounts Notification Mail if needed.
  • You can register for, change, or cancel Billing Amounts Notification Mail from the Billing Details Confirmation website.
  • Compatible with FOMAIf you have a 2in1 B number subscription, you can only set your specified mail address (recipient 2) as the address to which Billing Amounts Notification Mail is sent. Furthermore, you can register for, change, or cancel Billing Amounts Notification Mail only from a PC.
  • Service may be delayed or suspended due to system maintenance or failure.
  • You must ready the communications equipment, software, and other ancillary equipment required to use this service at your own responsibility and cost.
  • DOCOMO provides no support whatsoever for impediments to use caused by problems with the communications equipment you use.
  • Application for and cancellation of e-billing service is handled at docomo Shops, viaVarious applications/procedures(Various applications/procedures) on i-mode, by telephone.
  • DOCOMO may change content shown on the Billing Details Confirmation website without prior notice.
  • If crediting a MOBILER'S CHECK, the amount for consumption tax is displayed as asterisks (***). If an amount covering the entire billed amount is credited, the payment transfer day also is displayed as asterisks (***).
  • After starting to use e-billing, notification of automatic payment or notification of charges and items included with your bill will no longer be delivered. You will be provided with notices regarding suspension of service due to situations such as switchboard work, information on new products from DOCOMO, money-saving information, etc. by listing on the DOCOMO website.
  • If you use automatic payment and need a paper receipt for your records, proof of payment will be issued (for a fee).

noticeAmounts listed include consumption tax. Please note that for the actual bill the amount of the tax is calculated from the total of individual items excluding tax so the billing amount may differ from the total of individual items including tax.
