What is Charge Notice Service?

This service notifies you by e-mail when the total amount of your monthly communications and dialing charges exceeds the amount you set in advance (¥5,000 or more in ¥1,000 increments).

Notification will be given at the point in time when DOCOMO confirms the amount has been exceeded.

The notification amount is an approximate estimate of the total of charges such as dialing charges, packet communications charges, i-mode information charges, and charges for products purchased with docomo Mobile Payment (charges such as the basic monthly charge, optional service usage charges, and charges for products purchased with DCMX mini are not included).
The amount of dialing and communications charges in excess of the communications allowance after discount services (Yu Yu Call, Family Discount, Business Simple [Business Discount50 + Business Call Discount], Office Discount, etc.) have been applied will be counted for inclusion in the notification.

You can specify up to two e-mail addresses including your i-mode or sp-mode mail address to which to have notifications sent.

(The total of dialing and communications charges and i-mode information charges for your phone number (090-XXXX-****) has exceeded ¥5,000 for the month of X.) As of February 1, 2009, the last four digits of customer phone numbers included in notification messages are not displayed (indicated by asterisks instead) in order to protect customer information.
