NTT DOCOMO Group CSR Report 2009

View our CSR Report, which describes NTT DOCOMO's CSR vision and initiatives. In our 2009 report, we provide an introduction to our overall CSR policy and main CSR initiatives of fiscal 2008, interspersed with a number of special features. In order to better describe these initiatives and improve readabilty, we split the content into four sections based on the CSR Message of NTT DOCOMO, which outlines our overall CSR activities policy. These sections are Customer Service, Consistent Quality, Safety and Security, and Environmental Protection. |
CSR Procurement
NTT DOCOMO pursues a CSR procurement policy that includes due consideration of human rights, adherence to labor standards, health and safety protections, environmental preservation, strict adherence to fair dealings, product quality and safety assurance, information security and protection, promotion of social contributions, and more.
