FY2010 Highlights

Provides comments from the fiscal 2010 Grand Prize winner of the docomo Shop Staff Customer Reception Contest, which is held every year to improve the skills of docomo Shop staff. Also includes comments from an employee involved in supporting docomo Shops by holding smartphone classes.

Working with docomo Shops

Reports on support provided to docomo Shop staff to facilitate customer service, training and education for staff to improve service quality.

Working with Other Businesses

Presents the new NTT DOCOMO CSR Procurement Guidelines and reports on efforts to more fully establish CSR procurement in the business process. Further, reports on initiatives for maintaining fair and open transactions with suppliers. Finally, reports on safety measures for telecommunication facility construction company workers at base station installation sites.
