Also reports on research done at the Tachikawa ICT Ecology Center, a data center for testing established to reduce power consumption by communications facilities.

Introduces reduce-reuse-recycle initiatives in mobile phone development and marketing and in network facility construction and operation. Also reports waste recycling amounts for communication facilities and presents recycling initiatives being conducted at our offices and shops.
