NTT DOCOMO once again extends its deepest apologies for inconveniencing many customers due to the series of sp-mode and network problems reported in or after June 2011.
As a clear means of taking responsibility for causing the series of network malfunctions, leakage of secrecy of communication and personal information, the Company has determined a partial return of compensation for some members of the Board of Directors and executive team as described below: (see Attachment 1).
- President and CEO, Member of the Board of Directors
Ryuji Yamada 20% of monthly compensation x 3 months
- Senior Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors
Kiyoyuki Tsujimura 10% of monthly compensation x 3 months
- Senior Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors
Masatoshi Suzuki 10% of monthly compensation x 3 months
- Senior Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors
Hiroshi Matsui 10% of monthly compensation x 3 months
- Executive Vice President, Member of the Board of Directors
Fumio Iwasaki 10% of monthly compensation x 3 months
- Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Services Platform Department
Hiroshi Sawada 10% of monthly compensation x 3 months
