FOMA Cards (blue cards) will no longer support some functions such as calling and mail with certain models scheduled to be released in or after November 2009. If you have a FOMA Card (blue card) and want to purchase and use an applicable model, take it to your nearest docomo Shop to be replaced free of charge.

The data rate is the maximum value of the technical specification when sending and receiving and does not represent the actual data rate. Communications are provided on a best-effort basis. Actual data rates may differ depending on the communications environment and network congestion.
Even when you are inside a FOMA HIGH-SPEED area, the maximum speed for both sending and receiving may become 384 kbps depending on the location.
