Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI This is a discount service specifically for Flat-Rate Data Plan Standard that enables you to receive a discount with an upper limit of ¥3,780 on the monthly charge (including the ¥1,000 discount on the basic monthly charge) under the condition that you promise to continue using the same line for a period of two years. Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI2 This is a discount service specifically for Flat-Rate Data Plan Flat and Flat-Rate Data Plan Standard2 that enables you to receive a discount with an upper limit of ¥3,780 on the monthly charge (including the ¥1,000 discount on the basic monthly charge for Flat-Rate Data Plan Standard2) under the condition that you promise to continue using the same line for a period of two years. This is a discount service specifically for Flat-Rate Data Plan that enables you to receive a discount of ¥1,580 (¥1,505 excl. tax) off the monthly charge under the condition that you promise to use the service for a period of two years.

• 2 The data rate is the maximum value of the technical specification when sending and receiving and does not represent the actual data rate. Communications are provided on a best-effort basis. Actual data rates may differ depending on the communications environment and network congestion.

• The subscription to Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI is automatically renewed every two years and a cancellation charge of ¥26,880 (1st month) to ¥9,975 (from 24th month) will apply if you cancel the subscription part way through depending on the subscription period, including after the subscription has been renewed but excluding the month of the renewal.
• The subscription for Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI2 is automatically renewed every two years and a cancellation charge of ¥9,975 will apply if you cancel the subscription part way through including after the subscription has been renewed but excluding the month following the month the subscription expires.
• If you cancel Flat-Rate Data -WARI, cancel the subscription line, change your billing plan to a FOMA billing plan (excluding when an application is made at the same time for Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI, Fami-wari MAX50, Hitoridemo Discount50, Business Discount50, Office-wari MAX50, Flat-Rate Data STANDARD-WARI2, or Flat-rate Data Communications Discount), or change your subscription to FOMA Ubiquitous Plan or Xi (excluding when an application is made for Type Xi Plan Ninen, Xi Data Plan Ninen, Xi Data Plan Flat Ninen, or Xi Data Plan2 Ninen) at a time other than the month following the month the subscription expires, a cancellation charge of ¥9,975 (¥9,500 excl. tax) will be required regardless of the length of subscription. However, when the discount service is cancelled at the same time as applying for Hearty Discount, a cancellation charge does not apply.
