You can have your mobile phone handset or smartphone screen locked by simply contacting DOCOMO. The functions of "Osaifu-Keitai" are also locked.

You can lock your Phonebook and other personal data stored on your mobile phone or your smartphone screen, and the functions of "Osaifu-Keitai" by just contacting DOCOMO by phone.

Even if locking fails, your mobile phone will be locked when communications become possible

Even if your mobile phone is outside the service area when you apply to have it locked, it will be locked automatically if it re-enters the service area within one year.

POINT 3

Your mobile phone can be locked for free as many times as your wish if you are a docomo Premier Club member

Being able to specify your handset to be locked when you cannot find it provides peace of mind in the event that it has been stolen.
