Introduction

Remittance instructions can be made anywhere within Japan using a DOCOMO smartphone.

Only at times other than 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Based on the condition that application for usage registration is completed before the remittance is made.

As of November, 2012

Access the docomo Money Transfer site.

When using Wi-Fi or tethering, first perform docomo ID and password authentication and then proceed to the procedure above.

1. Select (From Bank [Pay-easy]).

2. Enter your network PIN.

3. Read and agree to precautions and terms of use.

2. Enter your network PIN.

3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

4. Check the deposit amount and the number required for the deposit.

1. Select (From FamilyMart).

2. Enter your network PIN.

3. Agree to the payment terms of FamiPort.

4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

5. Check the deposit amount and the number required for the deposit.

1. Select “Remittance“.

2. Enter your network PIN.

3. Read and agree to precautions and terms of use.

4. Select the country of the beneficiary and the receiving method.

5. Select the beneficiary financial institution.

6. Enter the details of the remittance.

Please notify the beneficiary of the password required for receipt if the funds will be received at a service counter.
When the beneficiary receive the funds, please present the password and their identification documents at service counter of the specified financial institution.
When receiving a payment at the service counter in China, please inform the clerk to process the receipt of Money Transfer through (qiáo huì tōng).
When receiving a payment at the service counter in the Philippines, please inform the clerk to process the receipt of Money Transfer through Xpress Money Services Ltd.
