When the other party's area code begins with zero, please exclude the zero when dialing. However this excludes some countries and regions (such as landline phones in Italy).

As the "Myline" carrier selection service does not apply to mobile communications, WORLD CALL is also ineligible for this service. However, with the introduction of Myline, the dialing procedure for making international calls from a mobile phone etc. was changed. Please be aware that it is no longer possible to use the previous dialing procedure (the procedure above, excluding "010"). If you have registered overseas phone numbers in the Phonebook on your handset etc., please change registered numbers according to the new dialing procedure.

• Even if you subscribe to discount plans (including Volume Discount), the discount will not apply to WORLD CALL charges.
• Even if you subscribe to a billing plan with a communications allowance, the communications allowance will not apply to WORLD CALL charges.
• WORLD CALL charges are non-taxable.

• Application can be made at docomo Shops nationwide. (If you are using a satellite marine phone, application can be made at nationwide offices of docomo Mobile.)
• If you made a new subscription for WideStar on or after May 29, 2002, application is not required to use this service.
• If you apply for WORLD CALL with satellite dual mode, WORLD CALL can be used through either terrestrial or satellite communications.
• WORLD CALL is available with satellite phones, car phones, and satellite marine phones.
• WORLD CALL is also available with satellite public subscribed terminals using credit card phone A81.

WORLD CALL is not available when using a telephone card with a satellite public subscribed terminal for telephone card use.

• WORLD CALL charges are charged together with WideStar communications charges each month.
• Charges for WORLD CALL usage will be listed separately in the breakdown of charges on the billing statement.
• If you subscribe to Itemized Billing Service, a separate statement will be sent in addition to the regular itemized statement enclosed. (Application for Itemized Billing Service is required [charges apply].)
• In some case the bill for WORLD CALL voice communications charges and WideStar communications charges may be sent early.
• In some cases, such as when you cannot connect to the other party but hear a voice announcement provided by the overseas operator in the country called or hear the ring-back tone, voice communications charges may be incurred depending on factors such as communications conditions at the overseas operator in the country called.
• Domestic toll-free phone numbers of the country called are not available and you are likely to be charged for the call.

• Access to some toll-free and other numbers may not be possible.
• Due to time differences, lines may get congested during certain periods throughout the day and it may be difficult to get through.
• WORLD CALL can only be used for voice communications.
• Some services other than those indicated above may not available when using WORLD CALL.
