Making international Videophone calls (WORLD CALL)

Making Videophone calls is easy. Just dial starting from "010" as you do with voice calls, and press the Videophone key at the end to call.

You can also call using the conventional dialing method.

• 1 When the other party's mobile phone number or area code (city code) begins with zero, please exclude the zero when dialing. Excluding some countries and regions (such as Italy).
• 2 You cannot make calls using the "+" function on 900i series and earlier FOMA handsets (except for N900iG).
  The procedure to display "+" varies depending on the handset. Please check the user's manual for details.
• 3 Country codes
  • The country code for San Marino is 378 when you make a call to a landline phone, but 39 when you call a mobile phone.
  • The country code for Monaco is 377 when you make a call to a landline phone, but 33 when you call a mobile phone.

• When calling a WORLD WING user, please dial the usual Japanese phone number starting with "090" or "080".
• WORLD CALL can also be used to make calls to the satellite phones of other companies. For details on voice communications charges and other information, please see here.

International Videophone calls are charged in 30-second increments for peace of mind. Communications allowances and discount services also apply so you can save on International Videophone calls.

• 1 The country code for Cyprus is 357, but 90 should be used when making an international Videophone call to a Turkcell mobile phone.
• 2 The country code for Monaco is normally 377, but 33 when calling a mobile phone.
• 3 The country code for San Marino is normally 378, but 39 when calling a Telecom Italia or WIND Italy mobile phone.
• 4 NTT DOCOMO will terminate Guam international Videophone service on June 24, 2012. Please note that this service will not be available after June 25, 2012.

• Currently, you may be unable to receive International Videophone calls from some overseas operators if you switched to DOCOMO from another mobile phone company with Mobile Number Portability.
• There may be cases where the service is not available even within the service area due to weak signals, network failure, or other network conditions.
• There may be cases where the image of the other party is distorted on your FOMA phone, or the call cannot be connected due to the International Videophone model used by the other party.
