Making international Videophone calls (WORLD CALL)

Making Videophone calls is easy. Just dial starting from "010" as you do with voice calls, and press the Videophone key at the end to call.

You can also call using the conventional dialing method.

• 1 When the other party's mobile phone number or area code (city code) begins with zero, please exclude the zero when dialing. Excluding some countries and regions (such as Italy).

• When calling a WORLD WING user, please dial the usual Japanese phone number starting with "090" or "080".
• WORLD CALL can also be used to make calls to the satellite phones of other companies. For details on voice communications charges and other information, please see here.

International Videophone calls are charged in 30-second increments for peace of mind. Communications allowances and discount services also apply so you can save on International Videophone calls.

• There may be cases where the service is not available even within the service area due to weak signals, network failure, or other network conditions.
• There may be cases where the image of the other party is distorted on your FOMA phone, or the call cannot be connected due to the International Videophone model used by the other party.
