This service for docomo Premier Club members only enables repairs to be received for free during the three year period from the time of purchase in the event that the handset currently in use malfunctions.

This support provides peace of mind in the event of damage or a malfunction not covered by the warranty. You will not be charged the excess amount during the three year period from the time of purchase even if the repair charge exceeds ¥5,250.

Repaired items (FOMA) can be picked up at desired docomo Shops or other locations (within Japan only).

  • noticeAt the time of application for repairs, you will be asked to designate a docomo Shop or other location (within Japan only) to pick up the handset.
  • noticeIf you designate a location other than a docomo Shop to pick up the handset, this is limited to when you are not using a DOCOMO replacement handset.
  • noticeUpon receiving the handset by delivery, customers are responsible for transferring data to the repaired handset.
  • noticeCustomers who pick up the repaired handset at a docomo Shop and do not use a DOCOMO replacement handset will be awarded 300 points.

Battery Pack Anshin Support

This service is for the special provision (for free or in exchange for docomo Points) of a battery pack or portable charger to a user who has used the same FOMA or Xi "crossy" handset for a long time.

Omakase Lock

In the event that you lose your handset, you can call DOCOMO and specify your handset to be locked for free. Even if the handset cannot be locked right away, it will be locked automatically if it becomes capable of communications within one year.

Keitai-Osagashi Service

In the event that you lose your handset, you can search for and confirm its approximate location up to four times a month for free.

noticeIf usage will exceed five times in a month, you can only use the service if you apply via My docomo and pay a charge of ¥315 each time.

noticeAmounts listed include consumption tax. Please note that for the actual bill the amount of the tax is calculated from the total of individual items excluding tax so the billing amount may differ from the total of individual items including tax.
