Procedures
You can apply by PC, i-mode, sp-mode, phone, or at a docomo Shop.
PC (My docomo)
You can suspend and resume service from

A docomo ID and password are required to use this site. If you do not have these, please acquire one at
(New registration) on My docomo (in Japanese only). If you have forgotten them, they can be reissued via My docomo.
Some subscribers may not be able to update their address via My docomo including those with multiple phone lines and Itemized Billing Service.

Notes on Procedures
- Be sure to notify DOCOMO when your address changes.
- If we do not receive notification of changes to information such as your address, we may be unable to contact you, which can result in suspension of your mobile phone service.
- If the current subscriber address or billing address is the same as the itemized billing mailing address, you will be required to provide documents verifying your identity.
- Bills sent out in the billing period subsequent to the address change may be delivered to your previous address due to issues with the mailing schedule for delivery of bills and other notices.
- Please notify DOCOMO if you change the bank account for automatic payment.
- The subscriber is responsible for obtaining permission from residents of addresses to be used as mailing addresses for bills and other correspondence if the resident is not the actual subscriber.
