Notes on procedures
- The mova service ended on March 31, 2012. Therefore, please note that you cannot apply to resume the mova service even if the service suspension period is less than three years.
- Your length of use from before service suspension carries over at the time of phone service resumption.
- You can use your docomo Points from before service suspension when service is resumed. docomo Points that have not expired can be used.
Check docomo Point Expiration Dates (in Japanese only) for details on point expiration.
- At the time of service resumption, you must bring to the docomo Shop documents verifying your identity as the subscriber.
- At the time of service resumption, you will need to reapply to an international telephone service company if you wish to use international calling, even if you subscribed to an international calling service before service suspension.
Amounts listed include consumption tax. Please note that for the actual bill the amount of the tax is calculated from the total of individual items excluding tax so the billing amount may differ from the total of individual items including tax.
