Payment Methods
We recommend you pay charges by convenient automatic payment or credit card. That way you don't have to take the trouble to go out to pay the bill or worry about the due date.
Notice
Suspension of sending usage charge notices by post and revision of terms and conditions for providing e-billing Discount
From the bill of February 2013 (bill for usage in January), customers who pay their monthly charges by credit card (hereinafter referred to as "periodic credit") will no longer be sent usage charge notices by post and will instead be switched to e-billing.
Also, applicability for the discount of e-billing Discount will be changed from a bill basis to a line basis and the discount amount will be revised from ¥105 per month for each bill to ¥21 per month for each line.
Paying by Automatic Payment
The billed amount will be transferred from a designated bank account on the due date.
Paying by Credit Card
Your credit card company will bill you for DOCOMO charges monthly.
Paying without a Bill
Pay charges by i-mode or PC, even if you don’t have the actual bill with you.
