From a PC (My docomo)
You can access 
(Various applications/procedures) on My docomo (in Japanese only) to confirm subscription details relating to customer information and services subscribed to.
A docomo ID and password, required for this service, can be issued easily, allowing immediate access for even first-time users.
Operation procedures on the actual screens are in Japanese.
When Accessing From a PC (My docomo)
Unavailable from 10:30 p.m. every Tuesday to 7:00 a.m. the following morning due to system maintenance.
From i-mode
You can verify from (Various applications/procedures) by i-mode.

To confirm your identity as the service subscriber, your will be asked to provide your phone number, name, birth date, and address as listed on your service contract.

This service lets you check your usage charges and other charges for the current month and past three months by mobile phone or PC.

Itemized statement of dialing and communications charges
You can check up to two months of itemized billing statements to find out when, where to, and how long you called.
i-mode access history
Search and view information on i-mode usage (access history) from your PC via My docomo. The mobile phone for the subscription is required to use this service.
Amounts listed include consumption tax. Please note that for the actual bill the amount of the tax is calculated from the total of individual items excluding tax so the billing amount may differ from the total of individual items including tax.
