What to Do if Your Handset Needs to Be Repaired

If you believe your phone is malfunctioning or if it is damaged, please bring it to a repair counter designated by DOCOMO. The person in charge will actually examine your handset to check its condition. Do not forget to bring the warranty card with you. Business hours may vary, so please check store hours beforehand.
We can only handle DOCOMO-branded mobile phones (phones marked with the DOCOMO logo). For other brands, please visit the store where you purchased the phone.
Software Update
Some phones include a software update feature. This feature checks to see if your software needs updating. It will download new software via packet communications and keep your phone updated.
