This update fixes the following issue:

• Remote control via touch-tone signals may not be possible when certain operations are performed during a voice call in a wireless LAN environment.
• Battery charge may not last as long as usual in certain environments.

• Customers who receive visits from a Corporate Marketing representative, please inquire with the Corporate Marketing representative.
• In addition to solving the issue above, updates also includes other enhancements to make better use of your mobile phone.
• All issues to date will be fixed by performing the latest software update.

Conduct the operation below and follow the instructions on the screen.
In standby, press the "Menu" button then select "Settings" → "Other settings" → "Software update".

• Please make sure that the mobile phone battery is fully charged when performing software updates.
• Also note that you should never remove the battery pack while updating software, as it will cause the phone to malfunction.
• Software cannot be updated in the following cases:
  • When the phone’s time and date are not set
  • During calls
  • During communications, etc.
• Other functions are not available while software is being updated, though voice calls can be answered while downloading.
