Change of Billing Source of Communications Service Charges and Other Charges, Etc.

Monthly usage charges and other charges will be billed from NTT FINANCE.

  • NTT FINANCE is a wholly owned company of the NTT Group that provides billing and collection services.

The usage charges and other charges of NTT DOCOMO can be billed together with the usage charges and other charges of other communications service companies if you so desire. For details on applications and other information regarding single billing, inquire with NTT FINANCE.

Automatic payment notices and usage charge notices (credit card payments) issued by NTT FINANCE will be changed from sending a sealed letter to sending a pressure-bonding postcard*1 from the bill for July 2016.

Billing Schedule

Billing Schedule
Details of bill Monthly charges and voice call, communications, and other charges are billed the month following the month of use.
Bill send date Bills are issued successively from around the 10th to around the 16th of each month.
Payment due date The last day of the month (if the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, the next business day) in which the bill is issued.
  • If subscription is started or canceled in the middle of the month, charges will be calculated on a per-diem basis for days used.
    However, this does not apply to monthly charges that are not applicable to being calculated on a per-diem basis such as those for Pake-hodai FLAT and Flat-Rate Data Plan Flat.
  • If charges are exceptionally high compared to your normal usage, we may notify you of this before billing for charges.
  • You may be billed early depending on usage conditions.

Payment Methods

We recommend that you pay your charges by convenient automatic payment or credit card. If you use either of these payment methods, there will be no need to go out to make a payment or worry about the payment due date.

  • Please note that the procedure to change the payment method to paying by bill cannot be performed in the case of a subscription for an individual.

Paying by Automatic Payment

The billed amount will be transferred from a designated bank account on the due date.

Paying by Credit Card (Periodic Credit)

Your credit card company will bill you for DOCOMO charges monthly.

Paying by Bill

Please take the bill to a designated location to make payment.

Paying without a Bill

You can pay your charges from i-mode or a PC even if you do not have your bill with you.

Single Billing Service

This service adds the billing amounts for multiple lines and bills the total amount as a single bill, etc.

The following explains how to read your bill and monthly billing details, itemized billing statement, and other notices related to charges that are delivered to you.

Users who pay by automatic payment

Automatic payment notices are delivered monthly.

Users who pay by credit card

As a general rule, users are subscribed to e-billing so confirm the charges on the Usage Charges Confirmation website (in Japanese only). (If you are not subscribed to e-billing, usage charge notices are delivered monthly.)

Users who pay by bill

Bills are delivered monthly.

You can check service details for each service name in your bill.
