Charges Applicable to Discount

The discount is deducted from the total amount for FOMA/Xi/5G basic monthly charges, domestic dialing charges, packet flat-rate charges, and optional service usage charges (except for some). If the total amount is less than the discount amount, the amount applicable for discount that month will be treated as the upper limit for discount. (Discount will not be carried over to the next month.)

• Usage charges for services other than FOMA/Xi/5G, installment payments, content usage charges/i-mode information charges, dmarket (monthly charge for, etc.), Mobile Device Protection & Delivery Service/Mobile Device Protection Service (Applied through May 31, 2019) monthly charge, international call and communications charges, charges for calls and communications made overseas (WORLD WING), universal service charges, telephone relay service charges, and other charges are not applicable for the discount.
• If the total amount of the charges applicable for the discount of the sub lines of the share group is less than the discount amount of Monthly Support, the rest of the discount amount is discounted from the charges applicable for the discount of the representative line of the share group. (Discount will not be carried over to the next month.)

Applicable Discount Period

Maximum of 24 months or maximum of 36 months counting the month after the month of purchase as the first month

• Even during the applicable discount period, if you purchase a new model with a FOMA/Xi/5G subscription applicable for discount, Monthly Support will not be applied for usage charges from the following month, and if there is a change of circumstances such as cancellation of your subscription, it will not be applied from that month.
