Zutto DOCOMO Tokuten

Every year, we reward subscribers to the new billing plans, Gigaho, Gigalight, and Keitai Plan, on birthdays with an amount of d POINTs that corresponds to New windowd POINT CLUB (in Japanese only) stage.

  • Data Plus and Kids Keitai Plan subscriptions are not applicable.
  • Application : Required
  • To receive points, you must apply through the d POINT CLUB site (sp-mode/PC) (in Japanese only) or by calling the dedicated number (*8470 [in Japanese only]).

Rewards

Depending on your d POINT CLUB stage, you will receive up to 3,000 d POINTs for your birthday every year. The higher your d POINT CLUB stage, the greater your reward.

  • Points granted with Zutto DOCOMO Tokuten are d POINTs (limited period and usage). d POINTs are valid for six months starting the month that they were granted and ending at the end of the sixth month, and can be used for purchasing smartphones and other docomo products, shopping at d market, d POINT affiliate shops, and paying with d payment. Please note that these points cannot be redeemed for point-exchange products (including a prize draw, JAL Mileage or Ponta points exchange), payment for mobile phone bills, or purchasing additional data packets.

  1. This is the length of use of the docomo mobile line.
  2. The total length of use is counted at the end of the month before the applicable month.
  3. d POINTs (limited period and use) and points awarded as a d CARD GOLD privilege (90 points granted per ¥1,000 usage charge of docomo mobile or docomo Hikari) are not counted for the stages. d POINTS moved from other companies or awarded in campaigns without paying for services or bills may not be counted for the stages.

Procedure Timing

Zutto DOCOMO Tokuten can be acquired during a six month period that includes your birthday month. Note that d POINTs acquired as a reward are valid for six months starting with the month that they were acquired and ending at the end of the sixth month.

  • This period remains the same even if you make an appointment to apply to an applicable plan (Gigaho, Gigalight, Keitai Plan) on the month of your birthday, and the points can be received once the applicable plan has been applied to your subscription.

  • We will send you a notification via SMS. We may be unable to send you a notification depending on some circumstances, such as if you are using an iPad or router that does not support SMS, or have blocked notifications from DOCOMO. Furthermore, you may receive an SMS even if you have become ineligible to receive the reward due to a subscription change or if you have already received your reward.

Notes

  • Those eligible for Zutto DOCOMO Tokuten and the number of d POINTs (limited period and usage) they are awarded as a Zutto DOCOMO Tokuten (hereinafter referred to as reward points) are determined by the following. For details on the d POINT CLUB stages, refer to the New windowd POINT CLUB website (in Japanese only).
    1. Applying to receive Reward Points on the month of your birthday
      Eligible customers: Those who are subscribed to either Gigaho, Gigalight, or Keitai Plan (hereinafter referred to as applicable plans) at the time of reward application and who are d POINT CLUB members (docomo Business Premier Club members not included).

      Basis for rewarded points: The number of points rewarded is determined by your d POINT CLUB stage information at the time of reward process.
    2. Applying to receive Reward Points after your birthday month has already passed
      Eligible customers: In addition to the conditions presented in ①, customers must have either subscribed or made an appointment to apply for an applicable plan as of their birthday month, and must be subscribed to an applicable plan by 12:00 a.m. on the first day of the month following their birthday month.

      Basis for rewarded points: The customer's d POINT CLUB stage information as of the end of the month of their birthday. (If you are not yet a d POINT CLUB member as of the end of your birthday month, you will be regarded as a 1st stage member.)
  • Birthday refers to the date of birth (the date of birth written on the personal identification documents provided when subscribing) of the DOOCMO mobile subscriber.
  • The customer must apply for reward points via the d POINT CLUB website (sp-mode, PC) or by calling the dedicated number (*8470 [in Japanese only]). Note that you cannot apply for reward points during system maintenance, so please apply ahead of the deadline.
  • Reward Points can be acquired during a six month period that includes your birthday month. This period remains the same even if you make an appointment to apply to an applicable plan on the month of your birthday, and the points can be received once the applicable plan has been applied to your subscription.
  • Reward points (d POINTs [limited period and usage]) are valid for six months starting with the month that they were acquired and ending at the end of the sixth month, and can be used for purchasing smartphones and other DOCOMO products, shopping at d market, d POINT affiliate shops, and paying with d payment. Please note that these points cannot be redeemed for point-exchange products (including a prize draw, JAL Mileage or Ponta points exchange), payment for mobile phone bills, or purchasing additional data packets.
  • You will receive your reward points as soon as the reward application is complete.
  • If the birth month of the subscriber changes after receiving reward points due to changing the name of the subscriber or succeeding a subscription, you will not be able to receive the Reward Points for that line until one year following the last time reward points were granted. Note that if the birth month of the subscriber changes due to changing the name of the subscriber or succeeding a subscription before receiving reward points, the new subscriber will be able to receive reward points based on the changed birth month.
