NTT DoCoMo to Hold 12th Annual General Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, JAPAN, May 30, 2003 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that the company will hold the 12th annual general meeting of its shareholders at the Hotel New Otani in Tokyo on June 19, 2003, starting at 10:00 a.m. The session will be held in Japanese.

For the first time ever, the meeting will be broadcast live on DoCoMo's Japanese-language website at www.docomo.ne.jp exclusively for shareholders. ADS shareholders, however, will not have access. Online video broadcast of the event will also be available from June 25 for public viewing. The video broadcast will feature shareholder questions in subtitles, with actual board member answers being shown.

To protect shareholder privacy, the audience will not be shown in live or video broadcasts. Shareholder questions will also not be broadcast if so requested. Live and video broadcasts will be available in Japanese only.

Initiated last year, shareholders can also vote via website at
www.koushi.ufjtrustbank.co.jp.

NTT DoCoMo has issued meeting invitations to shareholders via regular post and, for the first time, by e-mail to those wishing to receive such announcements electronically. The invitation will also be posted on DoCoMo's Japanese-language website.

In a separate room at the meeting, NTT DoCoMo will display its latest handset lineup, including models. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience first hand the exciting new breakthroughs in mobile communications and the multimedia advances that are being made.
