Cancellation of Treasury Stock

TOKYO, JAPAN, March 28, 2006 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that its board of directors approved the cancellation of treasury stock pursuant to article 212 of the Japanese Commercial Code.

    Common stock

  2. Number of shares to be cancelled
    1,890,000 shares (about 3.9% of issued shares before the cancellation)

  3. Scheduled date of cancellation
    March 31, 2006
