TOKYO, JAPAN, March 28, 2007 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that its board of directors approved the cancellation of treasury stock pursuant to article 178 of the Company Law.

    930,000 shares (about 2.0% of issued shares before the cancellation)
