Setting up your phone is very simple. All you have to do after arrival is turn it on and set to “DOCOMO” in the mobile network operator setting menu.
·Your mobile network operator must have a DOCOMO Roaming agreement. You may need a prior roaming service contract with your mobile network operator to roam overseas.
·Confirm your phone is compatible with W-CDMA(2.1GHz(Band I)/800MHz(Band XIX)),LTE(FDD)(2.1GHz(Band 1)/1.8GHz(Band 3)).

Once you arrive in Japan, please select “DOCOMO” as your mobile network.
Access the network settings on your mobile phone to select your mobile network.
