You can easily make calls to overseas at any time from a DOCOMO mobile phone anywhere in Japan.

Country code
  • notice1 You can also make an international call by dialing "009130-010".
  • notice2 The procedure to display "+" differs depending on the model. For details, check the user's manual.
  • notice3 For the country code, see Checking the Voice/Data Communications Charges and Service Areas for the International Call and Message Services. When making calls to mobile phones, the country codes may differ from usual for some countries and regions.
  • notice4 When making calls to landline phones, dial the number starting with the other party's area code (city code).
  • notice5 When the other party's mobile phone number or area code (city code) begins with zero, exclude the zero when dialing, except for some countries and regions (such as Italy).
  • notice6 When making a call to a mobile phone in Mexico, dial "1" before the mobile phone number. When making a call to a mobile phone in Argentina, dial "9" after the country code "54".

Important

  • In some instances, such as when you cannot connect to the other party but hear the voice announcement provided by the overseas carrier or hear the ringback tone, voice/data communications charges may be incurred depending on the communications conditions and other factors of the overseas carrier in the country called.
  • Even when settings have been configured to notify the callerís phone number, the correct phone number may not be displayed, and a notice that Caller ID is not available or is blocked may be shown.

Point: Suspending/restarting the service in the event that the limit on communications charges is exceeded A monthly limit* on communications charges is set for WORLD CALL. If your charges in a month exceed the limit, the use of WORLD CALL for outgoing calls will be suspended for the rest of the month. The service can be restarted if you pay the total charges for WORLD CALL use at a docomo Shop. If you wish to change the limit, please inquire at a docomo Shop or by calling the docomo Information Center. *Initially set to •20,000
