If You Forget Your PIN

Your PIN can be confirmed, reset, or reissued from My docomo (i-mode, sp-mode, or PC version) or the docomo Information Center or at a docomo Shop.

About PINs and Passwords

Confirm which PINs and passwords are required when using services and functions below.

Network PIN

Used to verify subscriber identity when, for example, orders are received or the settings for optional services are changed at a docomo Shop or from the docomo Information Center or docomo Online Application (docomo Online Application).

Handset PIN

Used when configuring or disabling various functions on your mobile phone.

i-mode password

Used when configuring i-mode function settings.

sp-mode password

Used when configuring sp-mode function settings.

PIN1 and PIN2 codes/PIN Lock Disable Code (PUK)

Used to prevent unauthorized use of the DOCOMO UIM Card (FOMA Card) and to disable the PIN code lock.

d ACCOUNT

Used to enable use of the services provided by DOCOMO with any device including a smartphone, tablet, and PC and any network including Wi-Fi, 3G, and LTE.

docomo apps password

Used when configuring the functions of various apps for docomo Smartphone.
